? Assist EHS manager to develop/improve site EHS management system with EHS rules / procedures/requirements ;

? Delivery of site level training about EHS rules/procedures/requirements to the employees & contractors;

? Monitoring of field unsafe behaviors/unsafe conditions and track the implementation of follow-up actions;
監(jiān)督現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的不安全行為和不安全狀況，并對(duì)糾正措施的實(shí)施進(jìn)行跟蹤；

? Participate in the qualification review of the contractors together with procurement & operations;
與采購(gòu)和生產(chǎn)部門共同參與對(duì)承包商資質(zhì)的審核；

? Work with operations to monitor the special work safety like hot work, CSE, work at height, etc;
與生產(chǎn)部門共同監(jiān)督特種作業(yè)活動(dòng)的安全，如熱工作業(yè)、受限空間進(jìn)入、登高作業(yè)等等；

? Assist EHS manager to develop site safety & environment emergency response plan, and organize the emergency drills periodically ;
協(xié)助EHS經(jīng)理建立工廠安全/環(huán)境應(yīng)急預(yù)案，并定期組織應(yīng)急預(yù)案的演練；

? Assist EHS manager to perform new project application activities in terms of EHS, as well as the “three simultaneity” acceptance.
協(xié)助EHS經(jīng)理辦理新項(xiàng)目與EHS相關(guān)的申報(bào)行動(dòng)，以及“三同時(shí)”驗(yàn)收；

? Work with operations to regulate site management of hazardous chemicals, drug precursor chemicals, easy-to-make-explosive chemicals.
與生產(chǎn)部門一道，規(guī)范工廠危險(xiǎn)化學(xué)品、易制毒化學(xué)品、易制爆化學(xué)品的管理；

? Work with operations to regulate site management of special equipment ( pressure vessel/crane/forklift, etc);
與生產(chǎn)部門一道，規(guī)范工廠特種設(shè)備的管理（壓力容器、行車、叉車等）? Applicable laws/regulations identification and create applicable site laws/regulations list;
工廠適用的法律法規(guī)的識(shí)別，并且建立工廠適用法律法規(guī)清單；

? Conduct periodic self-assessment of compliance of site applicable laws/regulations;
定期對(duì)工廠適用的法律法規(guī)進(jìn)行符合性評(píng)估；

? Participate in the maintenance of site wastewater monitoring /CEMS system to fix up the system flaws;
參與工廠廢水和廢氣在線監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)的維護(hù)管理，及時(shí)消除系統(tǒng)故障；

? Be responsible for site secondary-produced waste in terms of transferring to external;
? 負(fù)責(zé)工廠次生危廢的對(duì)外轉(zhuǎn)移申報(bào)；

? Coordinate the implementation of site annual environmental testing;
協(xié)調(diào)工廠年度環(huán)境監(jiān)測(cè)方案的實(shí)施；

? Work with operations & sales to ensure the compliance of site waste trade activities;
與工廠運(yùn)營(yíng)和銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)共同確保工廠危廢經(jīng)營(yíng)行為的符合性；

? Be responsible for site waste discharging activity recording & registration to government;
負(fù)責(zé)工廠排污活動(dòng)的記錄以及向政府的申報(bào)；

? Lead/participate in site accident root cause investigation and monitor the closure status of the follow-up actions；

牽頭/參與工廠事故調(diào)查并監(jiān)督糾正預(yù)防措施的完成情況；

? Liaison with local government agencies of safety, environment, firefighting, public security;
與當(dāng)?shù)匕脖O(jiān)、環(huán)保、消防、公安等政府部門保持良好的溝通；

? Be coordinator of site firefighting system maintenance to ensure it’s in good condition;
協(xié)調(diào)工廠消防系統(tǒng)的維護(hù)管理，確保系統(tǒng)正常；

? Site guarding management;
工廠的安保管理；

? Other tasks assigned by the line manager.
領(lǐng)導(dǎo)安排的其他工作。
Bachelor degree or above majoring in chemical/engineering/safety /environment/IH related，or equivalent majors本科或以上學(xué)歷，主修化工/工程/安全/環(huán)保/職業(yè)衛(wèi)生或相關(guān)專業(yè)；

Work experience in safety/environment/IH for not less than 3 years.
Experience in hazardous waste management is preferred.
在安全/環(huán)境/職業(yè)衛(wèi)生任一方面有不少于3年的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
如有危險(xiǎn)廢物管理方面的經(jīng)驗(yàn)、中級(jí)職稱或注冊(cè)安全工程師證、安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化體系建設(shè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)將是首選?br>?Work experience in multinational company and (or) large state-owned company is preferred;
有外企和（或）大型國(guó)企工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先；

Be proficient in English reading & writing.
Common listening & speaking in English is acceptable while fluent speaking is preferred.
英語讀寫熟練。
一般的英語聽說能力可以接受，但流利的英語口語將是首選。
