Main Responsibilities 主要工作職責(zé)：1.
HSE安全、環(huán)保、職業(yè)健康·Responsible for shift employees safety and health management, lead the whole shift to strictly abide by the company"s policy and regulations, constantly improve the safety awareness of the whole shift;
負(fù)責(zé)本班組員工的安全健康管理, 帶領(lǐng)全班嚴(yán)格遵守公司的各項(xiàng)規(guī)章制度、不斷提高全班人員的安全意識(shí)；

·Responsible for production utility safety management;
負(fù)責(zé)生產(chǎn)公用工程的安全管理；

·Responsible for production “three waste” and rain water management, legal compliance;
遵守法律法規(guī)，負(fù)責(zé)生產(chǎn)三廢和雨排水的管理；

·Taking appropriate emergency response to safety and environmental incidents or accidents in the production process, and report to the responsible person in time;
對(duì)生產(chǎn)過程中的安全環(huán)保事件或事故的采取適當(dāng)?shù)膽?yīng)急反應(yīng)，及時(shí)匯報(bào)相關(guān)負(fù)責(zé)人；

·On behalf of the company’s management, responsible for the approval and implementation of the company"s safety production and maintenance activities during the duty period, quick on-site emergency response of HSE events, and timely report to the relevant responsible person;
代表公司管理層，負(fù)責(zé)值班期間公司安全生產(chǎn)和維修活動(dòng)的批準(zhǔn)和實(shí)施，HSE事件的現(xiàn)場快速應(yīng)急響應(yīng)，及時(shí)匯報(bào)相關(guān)負(fù)責(zé)人；

·Receive government work inspection during abnormal working hours;
接待政府非正常工作時(shí)間的工作巡查；

2.
Operation運(yùn)營·Under the leadership of PUT Workshop Supervisor, responsible for taking charge of the overall work of the shift, organize and supervise the staff to complete all tasks within the responsibilities;
在PUT車間主任的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下，負(fù)責(zé)主持本班組的全面工作，組織并督促員工全面完成職責(zé)范圍內(nèi)的各項(xiàng)工作任務(wù)；

·Responsible for shift’s energy and utility management;
負(fù)責(zé)本班組能源、公用工程的管理工作；

·Responsible for arrange and supervise the implementation of production plan負(fù)責(zé)安排和監(jiān)督生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃落實(shí)情況；

·Responsible for working with technical department, oxidization workshop, distillation workshop, WWT,TF etc.
to strengthen the cooperation with related departments;
負(fù)責(zé)密切與技術(shù)部、氧化車間、精制車間、水處理車間和罐區(qū)等部門的工作聯(lián)系，加強(qiáng)與有關(guān)部門的協(xié)作配合工作；

·Responsible for the basic work of production statistics and accounting, inputting production daily date in SAP;
負(fù)責(zé)做好生產(chǎn)統(tǒng)計(jì)核算基礎(chǔ)統(tǒng)計(jì)工作，進(jìn)行SAP系統(tǒng)內(nèi)日?qǐng)?bào)數(shù)據(jù)的錄入；

·Responsible for the scheduling of shift, scientific balance of comprehensive production capacity, reasonable arrangement of production time, balance of electricity, save energy, save production costs, reduce production costs;
負(fù)責(zé)本班組生產(chǎn)調(diào)度，科學(xué)地平衡綜合生產(chǎn)能力，合理安排生產(chǎn)作業(yè)時(shí)間，平衡用電、節(jié)約能源、節(jié)約產(chǎn)品制造費(fèi)用、降低生產(chǎn)成本；

·Responsible for the inspection, supervision and assessment of the patrol inspection system and shift system負(fù)責(zé)巡回檢查制，交接班制的檢查，督促和考核；

Others 其它· Complete other tasks assigned by the superior leaders完成上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)安排的其他任務(wù)
